Dehydrated onions come in different shapes: In powder, granulated or minced. They are dehydrated onion flakes from fresh onions from Madagascar. They have an attractive aroma, rich and spicy flavor typical of natural onions. Its moisture in controlled below 5%. The powder and the granulated shaped ones are perfect for cooking and seasoning dishes, the minced are often used for plate decorations or additives.
